| Amish Cornmeal Mush |

3 cups water 1 cup cornmeal 1 tsp salt |
|
Mix all ingredients together in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cover and simmer 10-20 minutes on low heat. Pour into a loaf pan. Cool and cut into thin pieces. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Serve with butter and syrup drizzled over top. |
