1 stick butter 2 cup sugar 3/4 cup white sugar 1 cup cream |

Bring ingredients to a boil and cook 15 minutes. Then add another 1 cup of the cream and cook to a firm soft ball stage. Add vanilla and 1 cup pecans. Pour in buttered pan. When cold cut into squares and wrap in waxed paper. |
